How do I download the App?
You can download the App from Google Play store or Apple App Store by searching for ‘Ryze Go’.
How do I pair my smart ring with the App?
Turn on your phone’s Bluetooth setting. To activate the ring for pairing, put the ring on its charging case and keep the charger case cover open. Open the Ryze Go App on your mobile phone. Go to the ‘Me’ menu. Tap ‘+’ or ‘add now’ and wait for the smart ring to be found by the App. Follow on-screen prompt instructions to complete the pairing process. Ensure your phone’s Bluetooth is enabled Bluetooth. The ring will flash in green light for 5 seconds when pairing is successful. When prompted by the App, input your personal profile accordingly.
Why is the ring disconnected from the App when I open the App?
Please wear the ring correctly and open the Ryze Go App. The ring will automatically connect to the app. If the ring remains disconnected from the App, turn off and then turn on again the Bluetooth on your phone settings. Open the App and it will automatically connect to the ring. If the ring is still disconnected from the app, please fully charge the ring first. Then re-open the App and it will automatically connect to the ring.
How do I view the body recovery data?
Open the Ryze Go App. Go to the ‘Status’ menu. To view the latest body recovery report, tap on ‘Recovery Status’. To view historical body recovery report, tap on the calendar icon in the upper right corner.
How do I properly wear the ring?
Locate the red marking on the side of the ring as well as the sensors on the inside of the ring. Slide your index finger into the ring with the red line facing towards you and the top end of the red marking line lined up against the centre line of your finger.
Where is the touch area on the ring?
The touch area of the ring sits on the outer surface, as indicated by the red line.
How do I charge my ring?
Locate the charging point on the ring and place it on the charging case with the charging point facing the metal side. The LED indicator on the exterior of the charging case exhibits a red light when the ring is charging and turns off and when the ring is fully charged.
How do I check if there is a firmware update for my ring?
Open the Ryze Go App. Tap the ‘Me’ menu and check that the ring is connected. Tap ‘My Ring’. Tap ‘Firmware update’ and ‘Check for new version’ if a new version exists tap ‘Upgrade’ to proceed.
Why does the ring flicker red and green light?
The green light turns on during heart rate and temperature measurements. The red light turns on during blood oxygen measurement.
